En de Ehd in Dusseldorf

When I moved out of the city center, I had already said goodbye to “eat really well in front of the door”. And then we saw the Andechs sign on the outer wall of the En de Ehd. Ever since we drank the first pils and ate our first meal, we can no longer imagine life without it, a dream to go at special times. Always fresh, always tasty, inventive and always large portions - absolutely recommendable!

Very tasty and rich dishes - currently to take away. The kale last week was terrific :-))) All thumbs up for a recommendation!

Today was the first time in this restaurant and I got a first impression, which does not necessarily inspire me to visit this restaurant again. Everyone can understand that it is currently not easy for restaurateurs. It is all the more astonishing that you get a non-carbonated beer. After I had drunk it, I was the only guest on the outdoor terrace, by the way, I was asked in a rather unfriendly way, since I did not order another glass of this stale beer, to go to the wooden bench, the tram stop opposite. My conclusion: ONCE AND NEVER AGAIN

One of the most rustic pubs I know. Great atmosphere, good beer (Bavarian monastery brewery Andechs), round tables from Düsseldorfer-Volmerswerth and delicious, home-style home-style cooking (tip: homemade meatballs). In short, always worth a visit. Also on Sundays, for a traditional morning pint - true to the sunday slogan: “Des bissl wos i ß, i can aa sauffa!”
